Positive relationships in schools are central to the well-being of both students and teachers and underpin an effective learning environment. This unit describes that these are based in an natural framework throughout the school system. What happens in one part of the school impacts on what happens elsewhere. In this unit participants will explore what schools might do to increase the level of positive relationships within the school community.
